Wega Polaris EVD 2 Group Compact

Wega builds the Polaris Compact for venues that need two groups but only have room for a smaller machine. The EVD version is electronic, with programmable doses on each group, so new staff can pull consistent shots from day one.

Controls and steam

Each group offers four programmable doses plus a manual brew button, all managed by a microprocessor. A single heat-exchange boiler with automatic level control supplies both brew water and steam. Two stainless steel steam wands and a hot water tap cover milk drinks, tea and long blacks.
