Delivery of your purchased goods
Physical items may be delivered by Australia Post or other reliable courier services. When payment in full is received, delivery is expedited as soon as possible. Depending on the selected delivery method, these deliveries may take between 5 and 14 days. Occasionally, after an item is purchased, additional stock must be requested from a supplier, which can take up to 14 days to arrive. Orders that are damaged or lost in route must be resolved directly with Australia Post or the courier firm; we are not liable for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. It is at panica.com.au’s discretion to replace lost or damaged items. Every shipment is authorised to be left in a secure location. Please include only addresses where it is possible to leave parcels in a secure location. If products cannot be left, your package will be sent to the nearest collection location, where it will be the customer’s obligation to retrieve it. If you have not received your package within 21 days, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can initiate an investigation with our delivery partners. If we do not receive notification that a package has not been delivered within 28 days of the order date, we are unable to initiate an investigation with the delivery partner, and Panica Store is not liable for lost packages.
