Office coffee machine rental starts from $35 per week + GST for compact machines suited to 10–40 staff. Workplaces with 150 or more staff may qualify for a free-on-loan machine. Rental includes delivery, installation, staff training and scheduled maintenance. Coffee beans are extra, with free delivery. Buying outright, commercial machines range from $5,000 to $30,000.
