The Franke A400 MS EC grinds, brews and textures milk at the touch of a button, so staff and guests get consistent flat whites without barista training. At 340 mm wide it fits on a standard bench while still offering a full drinks menu.

Milk system, touch screen and cleaning

The MS EC milk system foams fresh milk and includes EasyClean, an automatic milk-line cleaning routine. Drinks are selected on a configurable 8-inch touch screen, and the machine can run from its internal 4-litre tank or be plumbed to mains water. Optional extras include a second bean hopper, powder dosing and a refrigerated milk unit.
