Barista versions are made to foam and stretch like dairy, so they hold a microfoam on a flat white instead of separating in the cup. The range covers oat, soy, almond, macadamia, coconut and tiger nut milks, plus Milk Lab lactose-free dairy milk for staff who still want cow’s milk.
For offices with a super-automatic machine, oat and soy are the most reliable choices through an automatic milk system. Keep opened cartons in the machine’s fridge and use them within the time printed on the pack.
Milk is GST free. Cartons are 6, 8 or 12 × 1 L, depending on the brand.
