This tamper has a glossy black handle broken up by bright chrome bands, sitting on a 51 mm stainless base with fine ribs around its edge. It comes apart in three pieces, and the kit includes three stainless washers that fit between handle and base.

Three-piece design

The knob, neck and base separate for cleaning, and the washers let you change how the handle sits on the base. The pressing face is flat and brushed for an even, level puck. The chrome bands give the neck a bit of grip, and the glossy black finish wipes clean with a soft cloth after each session.
