Finished in bright blue anodising, this 58 mm distributor brings some colour to the bench. Its polished stainless base carries four angled flanges that move clumps and mounds of coffee into an even layer as you rotate it. Its double-knurled body matches the red and black versions, so you can mix colours across a set.

Simple to set and clean

Both blue rings are knurled for grip. Screwing the lower ring towards or away from the base changes how deep the flanges reach, so it works with single, double and larger baskets. The parts unscrew for a thorough clean when coffee oils build up. Dry the threads before reassembling to keep the adjustment smooth.
