Hazelnut in hot and iced coffee

Hazelnut works well with chocolate as well as coffee, so it suits mochas and hot chocolates as much as lattes. For hot drinks, pump the syrup into the cup and extract the espresso over it. For iced coffee, stir it through the espresso before the ice goes in, as syrup is harder to mix once the drink is cold. With the Arkadia pump giving 7.5 ml a press, each serve stays the same.
