Consistent and self-serve ready

Dose, pre-infusion and brew temperature can be set per drink and saved. The brew group and milk system clean themselves at start-up and shutdown, with extra cycles by cup count or hours. The spout raises and lowers automatically for espresso cups or takeaway cups, sensors watch milk level and temperature, and IoT plus mobile payment suit unattended coffee points.
