A tidy, generous work surface
The Forma is Astoria’s modern take on the traditional heat-exchanger two-group, with clean lines and plenty of bench room on top. It is aimed at venues that want dependable Italian engineering without paying for multi-boiler features. It is built in Italy by Astoria, a long-established maker based near Treviso.
Everyday features
Each group has a touchpad with four programmable doses and a manual override button. The thermosiphon group system steadies brew temperature, while a 10.5-litre copper boiler supplies the steam wands and hot water. Raised groups give about 122 mm of cup clearance, LED lights illuminate the drip tray and an automatic backflush programme simplifies cleaning.
