Gaggia Anima Prestige: one-touch milk coffee in brushed steel

The Prestige is the dressiest model in Gaggia’s Anima family. Brushed stainless panels and metal trim cover a compact body only 22.1 cm wide, so it slots in beside the kettle without crowding the bench. Press a button and it grinds, brews and tops the cup with steamed milk from its clip-on carafe.

Hands-off cappuccinos, hands-off cleaning

The auto-cappuccino system draws milk straight from the 0.5 L carafe and textures it on the way into the cup. You can set strength with Optiaroma, tweak volumes for each of the six drinks and brew two espressos side by side. Afterwards the machine rinses itself, runs its own descaling programme and flushes the milk circuit, which keeps daily upkeep to emptying the grounds box and drip tray.
