La Pavoni Professional Lusso: hand-lever espresso with real control
The Professional Lusso is a chrome lever machine in the line La Pavoni has refined since the 1970s. Rather than a pump setting the pace, your arm does: lifting the lever raises a piston and lets boiler water into the group, and lowering it presses that water through the coffee at whatever speed you choose.
Two handle styles
Choose standard black handles for a classic look, or wooden handles on the lever, group handle and knobs for a warmer finish. The mechanism and boiler are the same either way.
Milk, pods and everyday use
The steam tap takes an interchangeable automatic cappuccino device, so frothing milk or heating water for tea is simple. It ships with a single-cup filter and accepts both ground coffee and standard ESE pods. A sight glass on the side shows how much water remains, and a pressurestat holds the boiler steady between pours.
