Lelit Bianca V3: flow profiling on an E61 dual boiler
The Bianca V3 is built around one idea: letting you change how fast water moves through the coffee while the shot is running. A wooden paddle on top of the E61 group opens and closes a flow valve, and the gauge on the group shows the result in real time.
Temperature and steam
An 800 ml stainless brew boiler and a separate 1.5 litre stainless steam boiler mean you can extract and froth milk at once. The PID display sets temperature and doubles as a shot timer, and the E61 group adds digital pre-infusion. A rotary pump keeps things quiet, and its pressure can be adjusted to taste. Steam and hot water open with twist knobs and both wands are insulated against burns.
