Building hazelnut drinks

Hazelnut is a common add-on for lattes, mochas and iced coffees. For a hot drink, pump the syrup into the cup first and pour the espresso over it so the flavour mixes evenly before the milk goes in. For iced coffee, stir the syrup through the espresso before adding ice and cold milk. The 15 ml serve is a good starting point, and staff can adjust it on request.

Being vegan and gluten free, it suits customers on those diets, provided the milk used suits them too. Fit the Naked Syrups pump, keep the bottle upright and capped, and wipe the neck often to stop syrup building up.
