A phin sits directly on a glass or mug and drips strong coffee through a perforated base. Also, this one has a gold-tone 304 stainless chamber and handle, a 201 stainless saucer and an aluminium press plate. Nothing needs power or paper filters, so it is easy to use at home, at work or when travelling.

How to Use It

Add medium-coarse grounds, set the press plate on top and pour in a little hot water to bloom. Top up, cover with the lid and let it drip for four to five minutes. Classic cà phê sữa đá goes over sweetened condensed milk and ice.
