Arkadia hot chocolate is made for café machines and steam wands. The 20% cocoa blend mixes smoothly with milk or water for a classic, sweeter hot chocolate and mocha.

Handling a bulk chocolate order

Buying 3 × 1 kg at once suits cafés, canteens and workplaces that go through a lot of hot chocolate, as there is always a spare bag on hand. Open one bag at a time and keep the others sealed, using the oldest stock first.

Decant the open bag into an airtight canister with a scoop that measures about 20 g, so staff serve the same amount each time. Dissolve the powder in a little hot water before adding steamed milk, or mix it into cold milk over ice for iced chocolate. Store all bags away from heat and steam.
