Bezzera Aria R PID: the quiet member of the Aria family
Where the standard Aria uses a vibration pump, the R model fits a rotary motor pump. The result is noticeably calmer early-morning operation and brewing pressure that stays consistent from shot to shot, all inside the same narrow cabinet that makes the Aria so easy to place.
E61 stability, heat exchanger speed
Thermosiphon circulation keeps the E61 head evenly heated, which supports balanced extraction. Behind it, a 1.5-litre heat exchange boiler supplies brew water and steam together, so the milk can be stretching while the espresso pours. Dual-scale gauges on the front show boiler and pump pressure.
Everyday conveniences
A two-hole steam tip produces silky microfoam for flat whites, and the hot-water spout handles tea and Americanos. The 3-litre reservoir is generous for a machine of this width.
