Bezzera Aria V: slim E61 espresso from Milan
The Aria is Bezzera’s most space-saving heat exchanger machine, and the V version uses a vibration pump to keep the package simple. Its upright, narrow body slides into tight benches where wider dual-boiler machines simply will not fit, yet it still brews through a full-size E61 group.
Steady temperature from the E61
The E61 head is warmed by thermosiphon circulation from the boiler, so the brass stays hot and stable between shots. That helps extractions taste even from the first coffee of the morning to the last of the afternoon.
Milk and hot water on demand
A 1.5-litre heat exchange boiler feeds a two-hole steam tip that textures milk quickly for lattes and cappuccinos, while a separate spout dispenses hot water for tea or a long black. The 3-litre reservoir means fewer trips to the tap, and a gauge on the panel reports both boiler and pump pressure.
