Bezzera Sole PID: a small machine that invites experimentation
The Sole is compact, but it is engineered like a commercial unit. A heat exchanger boiler and an E61-type lever group linked by thermosiphon circulation keep the brew path thermally steady, so results stay predictable through a run of shots.
Tune temperature and pressure
A digital controller lets you set the extraction temperature to match each bean, and a built-in chronometer times every pour so you can see how long the shot ran. The paddle on the group goes further: use it to shape brew pressure through the extraction and coax more sweetness or body from a coffee.
Rotary pump, two water sources
A rotary motor pump delivers even, near-silent pressure. It is connected to a dual supply, so you can fill the internal fresh-water tank or plumb the Sole into the mains – handy if you later move it to a permanent spot.

Who should buy the Sole PID?
It suits a home kitchen or a very small office with someone keen to fine-tune their espresso. For a simpler, slimmer option see the Bezzera Aria R PID, or compare the Bezzera Mitica Top PID in our Bezzera range.
