Cafetto TEVO Maxi Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablets

TEVO Maxi is Cafetto’s larger tablet for traditional espresso machines, sold in a tub of 150. The label calls it a traditional espresso machine cleaner and carries the NSF mark.

Built for backflushing

A tablet dissolves in the blind basket while the pump cycles on and off, pushing cleaning solution through the group head, shower screen and solenoid path. It removes the coffee oil that turns rancid and makes shots bitter. The tub has a wide screw lid, so it is easy to grab a tablet with one hand at the end of a shift. Most cafés backflush with detergent daily and rinse with plain water between services.

Who it suits

It is sized for commercial and prosumer machines with a 3-way valve. You will need a blind basket; see our filter baskets. Smaller home machines may prefer the Cafetto TEVO Mini tablets.
