Brewing sticky chai on the steam wand

Sticky chai is moist, so use a spoon rather than a scoop and level it off each time to keep drinks consistent. Add it to cold milk in a jug, then steam the milk with the chai already in it; the heat draws the flavour out of the tea and spices. Let it rest briefly, then pour through a fine strainer into the cup.

Purge and wipe the steam wand immediately afterwards, as honey and spice residue can block the tip. Rinse the strainer and jug before the next drink. Keep the pack sealed and stored in a cool spot between uses.
