This shaker-style sieve separates the fine dust from freshly ground coffee. Pour grounds into the mesh basket, cap it, give it a shake and the fines fall into the brushed stainless body below. The bare brushed steel matches most grinders and kettles, and it will not show coffee stains.

How It Works

Removing fines helps a pour-over or AeroPress brew run more evenly, with less bitterness and a cleaner cup. The laser-cut mesh basket lifts out for rinsing, and a rubber ring under the base stops it sliding on the bench.
