E61 Group Seal for Expobar, Bezzera and Faema

Commercial and prosumer E61 machines from Spain and Italy share this 73 × 57 × 8 mm seal. This version has a slightly chamfered inner lip that helps the basket rim seat evenly. It is the seal to reach for when an Expobar or Bezzera starts leaking around the handle.

Keeping pressure where it belongs

During a shot the group runs at around nine bar, and a hardened seal lets some of that escape around the basket instead of through the coffee. A fresh ring closes the gap, so the handle locks firmly and extraction stays even. Back-flushing regularly also stops coffee oils from baking onto the new rubber.
