60 mm E61 Shower Screen with Centre Disc

The shower screen spreads water from the group over the coffee bed, so a clogged or dented one leads to channelling and uneven shots. This E61 cup is 60 mm across, with a fine mesh face held by a riveted rim and a small solid disc in the centre. Behind the mesh sits a perforated plate that keeps it flat under pressure.

Design details

The centre disc stops water jetting straight down the middle of the puck, while the rim rivets keep the mesh taut. The cup simply presses into the group behind the gasket, with no screw needed. It is easy to brush clean and lasts well with regular back-flushing.
