Elektra Jolie: a connected espresso machine for the home
Elektra built the Jolie to sit on show in a modern kitchen rather than hide in a corner. Coloured RGB ambient lighting gives it a soft glow on the bench, and a small OLED screen on the front panel shows what the machine is doing. Through Elektra’s app you can change the main settings remotely, so the Jolie slots neatly into a smart-home setup.
How it brews and steams
Inside is a 2-litre heat-exchanger boiler, which means you can pull a shot and texture milk at the same moment. Water reaches the E61 group via a vibration pump, while a PID controller holds temperature steady between shots. A dual gauge lets you watch steam pressure and pump pressure side by side, which helps when you are dialling in a new bag of beans.

Who should choose the Jolie?
The Jolie suits home kitchens, or a very small office where only a handful of people drink coffee. Pair it with a quality burr grinder from our home coffee grinder range and freshly roasted Panica coffee beans. If you prefer a lever-style look, compare it with the Elektra Verve or the compact Elektra Verve Mini, or browse every model in the Elektra espresso machine range.
