Gaggia Cadorna Barista Plus – Bean-to-Cup with Steam Wand

Gaggia Cadorna Barista Plus: profiles for everyone, wand for the milk

Designed and produced in Italy, the Cadorna Barista Plus is built around a simple idea: everyone in the house gets their coffee exactly as they like it. Four user profiles remember each person’s settings, so the next brew comes out the way it was saved without re-adjusting anything.

Six drinks and a proper steam wand

The menu covers ristretto, espresso, espresso lungo, coffee, americano and hot water. Milk is up to you: the stainless wand is shaped to take different jug sizes, and it also delivers hot water for tea. A wide screen with clear menus walks you through set-up, brewing and cleaning.

Behind the panel, ceramic burrs offer five grind settings and stay cool so beans are not scorched. Optiaroma picks one of five doses per cup, while pre-brewing wets the puck for a moment before full extraction. The brew group lifts out and rinses under the tap.
