Dual boilers and PID control for exact results
The Isomac Pro Dual Boiler PID keeps brewing and steaming completely separate, so there is no waiting or temperature surfing between drinks. A PID controller holds the brew water steady, which makes it easier to repeat a recipe from one roast to the next. It is a step up for anyone who has outgrown a single boiler machine.
Commercial parts in a home-sized body
The Faema-style E61 group has built-in pre-infusion and good thermal mass. A commercial rotary pump runs quietly from the 2.9 litre tank or a direct water line. Insulated cool-touch steam and hot water wands, twin gauges for pump and boiler pressure, a cup warmer and automatic shut-off when the tank runs low complete the package.
