Kees van der Westen Spirit Triplette: precision at full volume

Spirit was developed for bars that never really slow down. The Triplette spreads that work across three groups, each with its own 2.1-litre brew boiler and separate PID readout, backed by a 19.5-litre steam boiler that serves the whole 1450 mm bench.

Two pumps, no compromise

One external pump is dedicated to extraction. The second refills the steam boiler and tempers the hot water spout with cold water, so topping up never disturbs a shot in progress. Each boiler carries its own heating element and safety devices, and its temperature readout sits in clear view.

Controls that suit your team

Group levers offer two automatic volumes and can be set to run endlessly for manual on/off brewing. A touch pad is also available, with four automatic volumes plus continuous. Shot timers are mounted above every head. The body is raised so the bench underneath wipes clean easily, yet stays low enough for baristas to chat with customers across the top. ECO mode on each controller saves power overnight and on weekends.
