Orchestrale Etnica TT: classic E61, modern controls
The Orchestrale Etnica TT 2 group takes the familiar E61 group and adds a display, covered groups and volumetric touchpads. Its 12 L copper boiler supplies steady steam for busy milk service. Made in Italy, it is one of the most popular mid-priced 2 group machines. The covered groups help keep dust and splashes away from the brew heads.
What’s on board
The display sets time, date and automatic on/off, so the machine is hot when staff arrive. Each group has a touchpad for programmed doses, and dual gauges show boiler and pump pressure. A Fluid-o-Tech rotary pump, two multi-directional steam wands and an electric cup warmer complete the build. LED lights on the back panel give the machine a premium glow, and the boiler can be filled automatically or by hand. A visual water gauge shows the boiler level at a glance.
