Café hardware sized for a kitchen bench
The Nota is built in Italy by Orchestrale with the parts you would expect in a commercial machine, scaled down to one group. Its oversized boiler gives steam power closer to a café machine than most single-group heat exchangers. It is a popular choice for home baristas who want a machine that can later move into a small office or café.
E61 lever group and rotary pump
The raised E61 group is operated by a lever, giving you direct control over pre-infusion and when the shot starts and stops. A thermosiphon loop keeps the group at temperature, and the rotary pump is quiet enough for an open-plan home. A switch selects between the internal tank and a plumbed water line.
