Panica Light Roast – sweet and fruit-forward

Panica Light Roast is the brightest coffee in our own range. It is roasted lighter than the House Blend to keep more of the beans’ natural fruit, and it comes as 1 kg of whole beans in a resealable bag.

What it tastes like

Tasting notes are stone fruit, cocoa, hazelnut, honey and maple syrup. The fruit reads like ripe peach or plum on the nose, with a chocolate and hazelnut middle and a honeyed finish. The bag describes it as best for milk-based drinks: silky and sweet.

Getting the best from it

Lighter roasts usually need a slightly finer grind and a little more time than darker blends. Pair it with a good milk jug for latte art, or compare it with the Panica House Blend.
