Sanremo Zoe Compact 2 Group – Space-Saving Volumetric Espresso Machine

Sanremo Zoe Compact 2 Group

The Zoe Compact takes Sanremo’s monocoque Zoe design and shrinks it to suit tight benches. You still get two full commercial groups, programmable shot volumes and steam from a 7 L heat-exchange boiler, which makes it a sensible first machine for a small café.

Practical features

Electronic pre-infusion wets the puck before full pressure, and an auto-level probe keeps the boiler topped up. Steam and brew pressure gauges sit on the front, the work area is lit, and an automatic cleaning cycle runs through the groups. Internal parts are quick to reach, which keeps service visits short. A large top surface gives plenty of room to store cups, which helps in a small café where shelf space is tight.
