Control flow, shape flavour
The Slayer Espresso V3 lets the barista change flow during the shot. Its patented needle valve gives a slow, low-flow pre-brew stage, and the actuator moves between pre-brew and full flow to bring out sweetness in light roasts.
Engineered for stability
Every group has its own brew boiler with PID control adjustable in 0.1 °C steps, fed by a pre-heat tank so incoming water does not upset temperature. A large steam boiler gives effectively unlimited steam. Details include Peruvian walnut handles and actuators, nanotech-coated shower screens, a shot mirror and a blended hot water valve.
