Slayer Steam EP 2 Group – Volumetric Multi-Boiler Espresso Machine

Slayer Steam EP 2 Group

The EP is Slayer’s most straightforward machine, aimed at busy cafés that want Slayer build quality without needle-valve flow profiling. Each group has its own 1.7 L brew tank under PID control, while a 7.4 L steam tank looks after milk. Panels come in anodised aluminium with matte black wings, and custom colours are available on request.

Dashboard and volumetric control

A central dashboard puts volumetric settings, shot timers and temperature adjustments in one place. Up to four volumetric outputs can be saved per group, and adjustable pre-wet and pause phases let you soften the start of each shot. Electronic steam valves and a large drip tray help during the morning rush.
