Multi-boiler precision with a modern interface
The Wega Urban EVD was developed with input from baristas around the world. Each group has its own boiler with temperature control to 0.1 °C, so you can dial in different coffees on different groups. Separate group boilers also mean a fault or clean on one group does not stop service on the others.
Technology that saves time and energy
A 5-inch capacitive touchscreen with a phone-style interface shows shot counts, tutorials for cleaning and filter changes, and even your own uploaded images. A boost function supports the service boiler at peak times, dry steam improves milk texture, and three programs (Standard, SLS and ECO) report the energy saved. Wi-Fi lets you check settings remotely.
