Synesso MVP Hydra 1 Group

This is the single-group version of Synesso’s flagship. The Hydra gives the group its own pump and motor, so pressure can be ramped through four stages rather than held at one fixed level, and temperature is set digitally. Despite its single group, it shares the core design of the larger Hydra models, so settings and parts carry across.

Pressure profiling in one group

Brew modes include manual, manual pre-infusion and volumetric pre-infusion, measured by flow meters. The group head has no wearing parts, heat exchangers are removable for service, and an auto backflush setting simplifies the daily clean. A cool-touch wand runs off a separate 3.2 L steam boiler with programmable pressure.
