The Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Gravimetric 2 group stops each shot by the weight of espresso in the cup. Scales under the groups replace the usual flow meter, so changes in grind or bean density no longer throw out your yield. It is a favourite of competition baristas and high-end specialty bars. Baristas see the live shot weight on the display while it pours.

T3 temperature and workflow features

T3 technology gives separate control of steam boiler, coffee boiler and group temperature. Soft infusion wets the puck gently, and the reverse mirror lets the barista watch extraction. Cool-touch wands, a push-pull steam lever and automatic backflush round out the package. Power-saving settings let you trim energy use during quieter trading hours.
