Weight-based extraction across three groups
The Black Eagle VA388 Gravimetric stops each shot by the weight of espresso in the cup rather than by water volume. That removes much of the guesswork when grind or dose drift through a long service, and it makes recipes easy to share between baristas. The machine was the official World Barista Championship machine for several seasons, and many competition baristas train on it.
T3 technology and Gravitech scales
Victoria Arduino’s T3 system controls the steam boiler, each coffee boiler and the group separately, so temperature can be set per group for different coffees. Scales built into the drip tray read the shot in real time, and a TFT display at each group shows time and weight. Cool-touch wands and soft infusion round out the package.
