Astoria Calypso 1 Group

Most single-group machines use small boilers and vibration pumps. The Calypso is different: it carries a 7 L copper boiler and a commercial rotary pump, so it keeps up with steady service in a small café or cart. It comes in black or white as standard.

Volumetric with manual override

A six-dose touch pad stores shot volumes, and a manual switch lets baristas brew semi-automatically when dialling in. The boiler fills automatically, hot water is electronically dosed, and a dual-scale gauge shows boiler and pump pressure. LED lights illuminate the high-cup work area, which fits 16 oz takeaway cups. The heat-exchange system lets you steam milk while a shot is running.
