See Your Water Temperature at a Glance
This version puts a dial thermometer into the lid, with the probe reaching down into the water. Also, the black flared body, timber grip and long gooseneck spout make it a complete pour-over kettle in one. The thermometer removes the guesswork of waiting a set time after the boil, which is useful when you switch between light and dark roasts.
Temperature Control Without Extra Gear
Read the dial as the water cools from the boil and start pouring at your target, usually 90–96°C for filter coffee. Also, the inside is plain stainless steel with ml and oz marks up to 460 ml, and the matte coating on the body resists fingerprints.
