The BZ16 V is the volumetric edition of Bezzera’s BZ16, wrapped in a clean, squared-off stainless cabinet. Programmable buttons on the front panel deliver the same espresso volume every time you press them, so a shared household gets matching coffees no matter who is making them.

Strong steam from a 2-litre boiler

Its 2-litre heat exchanger boiler holds a large reserve of steam. That makes quick work of stretching milk into fine microfoam, and lets you move straight from one cappuccino to the next without the pressure dropping away. Separate knobs control the steam wand and hot-water outlet, and twin gauges report pump and boiler pressure.

Easy-care water tank

Water lives in a 4-litre reservoir that lifts out for refilling and cleaning, a practical touch when you are making several drinks each morning.
