Bezzera Matrix: dual boiler with personality
The Bezzera Matrix is a single-group dual boiler machine for home baristas and small offices. Separate coffee and steam boilers mean brew temperature is never compromised by steaming. Its LED side panels can be set to any colour to suit the room. It brings commercial features into a body small enough for a kitchen bench.
Precise and flexible
PID control holds the 0.45 L coffee boiler between 88 and 96°C, while the 1 L service boiler drives the steam and hot water wands. Settings are made on a 3.5-inch touch screen. A rotary pump draws from the 4 L tank or a mains connection. Steam and hot water wands swivel through 360 degrees, and the cup warmer on top keeps cups ready.
