Bezzera Duo MN
MN stands for Manual, referring to the flow-control valve on the E61 group. Turning it lets you slow or speed up water flow during the shot, which is useful for light roasts and for experimenting with pre-infusion. It is built in Italy with a stainless steel body.
Two boilers, one touchscreen
A 0.45 L brew boiler and a 1.05 L steam boiler, both copper and insulated, are each run by their own PID and set from a touch display. A rotary pump keeps noise down and allows the machine to be plumbed in, or it can run from the 4 L tank. Joystick wands swivel 360°, and an automatic backflush program simplifies cleaning. A cup warmer sits on top.
