Fix a Broken or Melted Handle

Handles on stovetop pots get knocked, cracked or scorched by a gas flame that is turned up too high. This Bialetti spare replaces the handle on a 6-cup Moka Express or Moka Easy so the pot is safe to pour again.

What Is in the Box

You get one black thermoplastic handle and the steel pin that secures it to the hinge bracket. It is the restyled shape used on current Moka Express pots.

Fitting

Tap out the old pin with a small punch, slide the new handle onto the bracket and press the pin back through. While the pot is apart, check the seal and add a 6-cup gasket kit if it has hardened.
