Cafetto MFC Green Milk Frother Cleaner

MFC Green is the acidic partner to Cafetto’s blue milk cleaner. The green-capped 1 litre bottle has the same built-in measuring chamber, and the label marks it as an acidic cleaner.

Why an acidic cleaner

Over time milk systems build up milkstone, a hard layer of minerals and protein. An acidic cleaner dissolves that layer, so many cafés alternate it with an alkaline product to keep lines clear and odour-free. The acid formula also helps where hard water leaves white deposits inside milk pipes and frother heads. Wear gloves when handling the concentrate, and always rinse with clean water before the next milk drink.
