The black shell surrounds a polished stainless mesh basket with a matching stainless lid. The darker finish hides coffee dust well and sits neatly beside black grinders and kettles.

Why Sift

After grinding, tip the coffee in and shake. Fines pass through the fine mesh and collect in the body, leaving a tighter particle range for pour-over, cold brew or AeroPress. All parts pull apart for a quick rinse.
