Compak K8 Silenzio PB: quiet power behind the bar

Grinder noise adds up in a small café. The Silenzio version of the K8 is designed to run more quietly while still grinding over 4 g per second.

When the K8 Silenzio PB makes sense

For a small café that likes a doser workflow but sits close to its customers, the Silenzio is a quieter way to run big 83 mm flat burrs. Press the button to fill the doser before a rush, then sweep doses as orders come in.

Fill the doser in line with demand, as grounds held for long periods lose aroma. Parallel adjustment helps keep the burrs aligned, but they are still wear parts, so plan replacement into maintenance. Brush the doser chamber and chute at close, keep the hopper filled without packing it, and adjust the grind slightly after each change of beans.

Press the button to fill the 300 g aluminium doser, then pull doses as needed. Parallel adjustment keeps the burrs aligned.
