Ditting 807 Lab Sweet: precision grinding for cupping and retail
Roasters use the Ditting 807 Lab Sweet when every sample must be ground the same way. Its Lab Sweet burrs are cast steel with a special tooth geometry that keeps the particle spread tight, which gives clean, even extractions and a sweeter cup. Very little coffee stays inside the chamber, so you can switch between samples without mixing them.
Easy to use at the counter
Beans go into the 510 g hopper, grounds fall into the stainless cup sitting on the adjustable holder, and the large numbered dial on the side moves smoothly through a very wide range. Markings run from fine espresso through filter and French press to cold brew.
