This grinder joins two things specialty cafés chase: the rounded, sweet cup from large slow conical burrs and dosing that stays on target all day. XGi monitors output and tweaks grind time so each basket gets the grams you set.

Built for volume

At 25 kg and 700 mm tall, it is a serious counter piece. The burrs turn at only 300 rpm, so heat stays low even through back-to-back orders.
