Ditting KR807: grind customers’ beans straight into the bag
When a customer asks for a bag ground for their plunger or moka pot, the KR807 handles it in seconds. Ditting now sells this configuration simply as the 807; the bag-holder version is what many Australian cafés still call the KR807. Also, the bag clips under the spout, the knocker taps the last grounds out of the chute, and the shaker plate settles the coffee so the bag closes neatly.
Wide grind range
In addition, an anodised wheel on the side moves the 80 mm burrs from Turkish fine all the way to very coarse cold brew. Because the motor turns at a steady 1,400 rpm, grounds stay cool and the particle size stays even from the first bag to the last.

Choosing between Ditting models
Plus, the KR807 is the everyday retail choice and runs on a normal power point. For cupping and lab work, the 807 Lab Sweet adds premium cast burrs and a faster 700 W motor, while roasters packing large orders should look at the three-phase Ditting KR1403.
